This digital automatic pull-off adhesion tester adopts hydraulic drive to conduct pull-off tests on designated coating regions. The device can run the entire tensile separation procedure autonomously with a steady and adjustable pulling rate, eliminating measurement deviations stemming from inconsistent manual pressurization. Its digital display delivers precise readings of pull-off force, with three optional measurement units available: MPa, psi and kN. Users are allowed to define the maximum pressurization threshold of the equipment to exert accurate load on test specimens. Once pressure hits the preset value, a holding period can be configured so as to assess how well samples sustain performance under specified pressure.
