Introduction to Concrete Compression Testing Machine

A concrete compression testing machine is a high-tech, general-purpose compression testing machine integrating modern mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics. It can be used to test the compressive strength of building materials such as concrete, cement products, bricks, stone, and refractory materials. This equipment conforms to the national standard "Standard for Test Methods of Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete" GB/T50081-2002, employing electro-hydraulic loading, sensor force measurement, and digital display of force values. It also features automatic conversion of compressive strength, data storage, and printing functions.

 

The concrete compression testing machine mainly consists of three parts: the frame, the hydraulic control system, and the force measuring system. Its structure includes an upper crossbeam, column, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump, and force measuring instruments. Key technical parameters typically include maximum test force (e.g., 2000kN, 600kN), relative error of indicated value ±1%, piston stroke 40mm, upper and lower pressure plate dimensions (e.g., 250×250mm, 220×250mm), and motor power (e.g., 0.75kW, 1.1kW). This equipment can achieve automatic control of the testing process, automatically lock the peak breaking value, and store a large amount of test data. Depending on the model, it also features electro-hydraulic servo control, constant load rate loading, and overload protection. Operation requires following the prescribed loading and data storage procedures, and regular calibration and maintenance by the metrology department are necessary.
