Asphalt testing equipment product models

There are several mainstream series and models of asphalt softening point testers to meet different standards and user needs. The main differences are in display mode, degree of automation of testing, temperature range, data interface and printing function.

SYD-2806 is a relatively common series on the market, with progressively enhanced functions. The SYD-2806D model uses a digital tube display, has a magnetic stirring function, and the testing method is manual. When the steel ball falls to the bottom, it needs to be observed manually and the button needs to be pressed to stop. After the test is completed, the average value of the two samples is automatically calculated and displayed [3] [9]. The SYD-2806E model adds an automatic detection function to the D model. It can automatically detect when the steel ball falls and automatically end the test after both steel balls have fallen. The SYD-2806F model changes to an LCD screen display based on the E model. It has all the functions of the E model and can be configured with a printer and computer communication interface (such as RS-232C) [9-10]. The SYD-2806G model is a high-temperature model that supports a maximum test temperature of 180℃. It uses an LCD display and manual detection. The SYD-2806H model adds a printer and computer interface to the G model (high temperature model).
